Can I meet your dogs?

Absolutely! We expect that anyone who wants a puppy from us will want to meet our dogs. We like to set up initial meetings at a dog show or working event, or we can meet for a walk in the park. Once we’ve met face to face, and we think you might be a good fit for one of our puppies, we will invite you to meet the dogs at our home. Please contact us to set up a meeting!

How soon can I get a puppy?
We only plan one or two litters each year. Our goal is to contribute to the preservation of this wonderful breed, not just to sell puppies. In many cases, you should expect to wait several months to a year for one of our puppies.
I just want a pet. That's less expensive, right?
We put the same effort into all of our puppies. The parents are both shown to a minimum of a conformation championship and must pass all recommended health testing for the breed. Sires are carefully chosen, because we have a goal for each breeding. All of the puppies receive the same level of care and individual attention. Therefore, all of our puppies are the same price.
Can I meet the parents of the litter?
You can definitely meet the dam of the litter, because all of our breeding females live with us. However, the sire may or may not be local, or may not be available because of his owner’s schedule. We do provide photos of the sire, as well as information on health clearances and pedigree.
Do I get to pick my puppy?
This can be a tough answer for some people, but, no. We spend those first eight weeks observing and interacting with the puppies, paying attention to their personalities and energy levels. Then, we use this information to help us match each puppy with the correct family. If you have any questions about puppy placement, we are happy to answer them.
